How do I run several client brands?
Each brand has its own voice, platforms, research, campaigns and approval queue. You set one up from the client's website in a few minutes, then switch between brands in the sidebar. Every brand learns from the edits made to its own drafts, so one client's style never leaks into another's.
Client approval
How do clients approve the drafts?
Send a review link for all drafts or the ones you pick, valid for 7 to 90 days. The client approves, requests changes or comments without an account. Edit a draft after they approved it and the approval is taken back, so they always sign off on what goes out.
Feedback
What happens to what clients ask for?
You see who opened each link and every request. When a client keeps asking for the same change, ADpilot suggests it as a rule for that brand's writers; you accept it once instead of fixing every draft by hand.
Reporting
What do clients see each week?
Every Monday each brand gets a report: what went out, views, engagement, search clicks on Google and Bing, AI citations, the best performer and what is planned next. Share it with the client as a link valid for 30 days, which you can revoke. On Scale the shared report carries the client's brand, not ours.

Is there a fee per brand or per client?
No. Each plan includes a number of brands (Growth 5, Scale 25) and a monthly volume of posts, articles, research runs and images that all your brands share. There is no per-channel or per-seat fee.
Do my clients need an ADpilot account?
No. A client review link opens a page with the brand's logo and the drafts. The client types their name and approves, requests changes or comments.
Is the client review page white-label?
It shows the client's brand name and logo. A small "Review powered by ADpilot" line sits at the bottom.
Is the weekly report white-label?
On Scale the shared report shows the client's brand name and logo and no ADpilot branding. On other plans it carries the ADpilot logo and a "Made with ADpilot" line.
Who on my team can do what?
Owners and admins connect platforms, create client links and share reports. Contributors work on content. Everyone works in one workspace with all its brands.
Can a client approval publish a post by itself?
No. A client approval never publishes or schedules; your team does. You can require client approval per brand, so nothing for that client can be scheduled until their latest answer is approve.
