What the limits count
Plain definitions.
One business, product or client you market, with its own voice, connections and calendar. Counted as the brands in your account right now.
One post written for one platform. The same idea on LinkedIn and Instagram is two posts. Counted when it is written, in the calendar month, and deleting it does not give it back.
One long-form blog article for your site, with schema and internal links. Counted when it is written, in the calendar month.
One scan of your market for one brand: live web search, forums and competitors, brought back as trends and post ideas. Counted per run, in the calendar month.
One image the machine creates: a post image, one carousel slide or an article image. A regenerated image is a new one. Counted when it is made, in the calendar month; stock photos are not counted.

Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Signing up starts a 7-day free trial of Scale, no card. If you choose a plan during the week, the days you have left carry over and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you do not choose one, the account pauses until you do, and nothing is charged.
What is the difference between the plans?
Higher limits and SEO OS. Scale adds SEO OS: it reads your Search Console, finds the searches you can win, writes for them and flags pages that start to slip. The limits for each plan are listed on the cards above.
Does anything get published without my approval?
Not by default. Every draft waits in your queue until you approve it. You can switch on publishing without approval for a brand if you want to, and switch it off again any time.
What happens when I reach a limit?
That kind of output stops until the next calendar month starts, or until you move to a plan with a higher limit. Everything else keeps working.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing page in the app or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
