Weekly report, demo brand Demo brandThe demo brand's weekly report for 5 to 11 October 2026.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 01

    It collects the numbers

Engagement is read back from the platforms every few hours, Search Console and Bing daily, and AI answers once a week.

  2. 02

    It writes the week up

Monday from 07:00 in your organisation's time zone, an email and an in-app page with the last 12 weeks.

  3. 03

    You share it

Create a read-only link for one brand and week. It works for 30 days and you can revoke it sooner.

On the real screens

See it in the app.

In the app

The whole week, one page.

Published, views, engagement, search clicks, AI citations and drafts waiting, then what went out per platform, the best performer and next week's plan.

The weekly report: posts published, views, engagement, search clicks and AI citations, with the best performer

Shared

What your client opens.

The same week on a page of its own. On Scale it carries the client's brand name and logo, not ours.

A shared weekly report under the client's brand: posts published, views, engagement, search clicks and AI citations

You decide

What you control.

  • Which brand and week to share
  • When a shared link stops working
  • Who gets the Monday email
  • Which platforms and engines are connected, and so counted

Questions

Straight answers.

Why do some posts have no numbers?

Engagement only counts where a platform sends numbers back. The report names the platforms its numbers come from and the ones that have not reported yet, so a missing number is never shown as zero.

Can my client see it without an account?

Yes. A shared link opens the brand's week as a read-only page. It stops working after 30 days, when you revoke it, or if the brand is paused.

Is the shared report white-label?

On Scale it shows the client's brand name and logo and no ADpilot branding. On other plans it carries the ADpilot logo.

Where do AI citations come from?

From two places: Bing's AI performance export for Copilot, which you import, and the weekly AI answer checks that found your site cited.
